Four years, two islands, and one ferry ride later, she's finally home! The semi truck situated the house as closely as possible on site, but had limited turning capacity (in the bottom pics you can see how the house was sitting at an angle and partially off the gravel). R used a bobcat to re-position the house and make it parallel--even broke a chain! Once the house was placed, we brought it level, removed the tongue, and wedged temporary blocks beneath to keep the structure stable. Still lots of work to do, but making progress.
